My journey of designing and decorating cookies evolved from a hobby to a part-time pursuit about 10 years ago, when a co-worker asked me to create a batch for her daughter's bridal shower. Before long, I was getting calls and emails from friends and friends of friends, asking for their own custom orders. Newly retired, I've decided I want to go all in and see just how big I can grow Cookies by Pat... (Within reason!). I am currently serving Bucks County (and a bit beyond!) and will always be the one designing, baking and decorating. Only now, I have all week to do it instead of just nights and weekends.
